Issue – model specific:
- X350 3.0L/4.2L – coolant crossover pipe leak (rear of engine), O2 sensor heater failure.
- X351 5.0L – timing chain stretch (P0011-71, P0014-71), primary cats efficiency (P0420/P0430).
- Diesel 3.0D – EGR stuck, DPF differential pressure sensor.
Symptoms – early clues:
- Rough idle (misfire counts), hesitation at low RPM, fuel smell, intermittent power loss, “restricted performance” message on X351.

🔋 Battery / charging fault
